2018 VFA Winter JAMBOREE

Vancouver Futsal is excited to host our 8th annual Winter Youth Futsal Jamboree! Held on Saturday the 22nd for boys teams, and Sunday the 23rd for girls teams. The Vancouver Futsal Winter Jamboree hosts 150 to 200 teams yearly, it is exciting to see Futsal becoming an integral part of youth development!

The Jamboree is open to all Boys & Girls teams, whether you are a structured league team, spring program team, or a team that is made up of a group of friends. This Jamboree will be a BC Soccer sanctioned event.

Open to 2010 to 2002 Boys & Girls

Teams will be placed into group’s that are of a similar playing level and will play 3 games in a Jamboree format. Teams will play their 3 games on one of the two days. The VFA will schedule the 3 games within a 4 hour time period. It is the goal of the VFA to offer our programs in cooperation and addition to all districts, leagues, and programs and do not want to create conflict with players’ regular game schedules on weekends. As we know, futsal has tremendous benefits for youth soccer player development and by having players play the sport at a young age they will be able to best develop those skills early.
